Sauteed Squash and Onions

One of the easiest, quickest, tastiest meals you can whip up!

All you need is

yellow squash/zucchini

onions (you can use green onions)

olive oil

garlic salt

a well seasoned cast iron skillet (not optional)

warm up skillet with olive oil on medium heat, add onions and squash and cover with a lid to steam for a few minutes. Finish without lid, and salt to taste after the squash has cooked down a bit. For best taste, let the squash slightly brown. 

This meal is also great with a splash of sesame oil and soy sauce!
