Collection: Salad Greens

We are one of the few farms in Alabama that attempt to beat the heat and grow lettuce through the summer. With new varieties and techniques to outsmart the sun in the deep south, we are able to provide lettuce, salad mixes, and baby greens year round. We harvest everything the day before, or the same morning we deliver. You won't find greens that fresh at any conventional grocery store!
